Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made online from Gnutiken by an individual consumer over the age of 18 or by a corporate client.
Prices
All prices on the site are including a 25% VAT ("moms").
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Returns
The customer has the right to return a delivered product if, and only if, the customer has informed Gnutiken thereof within fourteen (14) days of the product delivery. All postage and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Products with broken seals are not subject to the right to return goods.
A notification of the return must, due to administrative purposes, include the order number and the names of the products that the customer wishes to return.
Before returning a product, the customer must contact Gnutiken's customer services department.
Damaged goods cannot be returned unless the product has been damaged due to reasons that cannot be attributed to the customer.
In case of a return, Gnutiken must, within 30 days from the day Gnutiken recieved the notification of the return, reimburse the customer for the amount he/she paid for the product.
Privacy policy
Gnutiken is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this website. Gnutiken has established this Privacy Policy to explain what information gets collected through this website and how it is used.
Gnutiken does not sell or rent information under any circumstances, ever. Period. Gnutiken does not share information without prior consent except as compelled by law.
